Shipping & Return

Shipping

    1. We normally ship by USPS or UPS. 

    2. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from the confirmation of your order (exclude weekend and holiday). 

    3. Items received before 2:00 PM PST will ship same day if that item available in stock.

    4. If orders are not shipped within 48 hours, we will notify customers immediately and customers have the right to cancel order.

    5. Small and medium size packages are generally delivered 2-7 days (excluding weekend and holiday).

Returns

   1. All sales are final after 30 days.  Contact us at HanAutoParts4u@yahoo.com

    2. Buyers assumes all return shipping cost. 

    3. You may return products that are not damaged, do not have broken or missing parts and are in original package.

    4. Items that are not eligible for return include, but not limit to:

            I.     Items that have been damaged or missing parts.

            II.    Items that are not in an original packaging.

            III.    Items that have been installed.

            IV.    Electrical component.

    5. All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.  All returns are subject to verification by our staffs.

    6. Credit will not be given to returned items that failed to meet the return guidelines.

    7. Credit or refund shall be based on the original sales excluding freight. Shipping fees are not returnable.
